How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account and data, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Settings menu on the Jalsat app's home screen (located next to your profile).
2. Within Settings, access advanced setting then select 'Account Settings.'
3. Select the option 'Delete Account.' to initiate the process.
4. Confirm the deletion by entering the word 'delete' in the provided input field and then press 'Delete permanently.'
You could also request to delete your data and account by contacting our support team from the email address linked to your account, on mamon@jalsatco.com
Note that once an account is permanently deleted, all data associated with that account will be deleted according to our privacy policy and there is no way to recover your account.
